Thai Basil Squid Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 Cup bell pepper strips
- 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (wansoy) chopped
- 400 Grams Squid (Pusit) cleaned, tentacles removed, and cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (patis) or to taste
- 1 Table Spoon dark soy sauce
- 1 Table Spoon lime juice
- 1/2 Cup Thai basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok. Add bell peppers and saute until tender. Add garlic, chili garlic paste, and cilantro. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add squid; stor to combine well.
- Season with fish sauce, dark soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir a few times before adding basil leaves. As soon as leaves are wilted and squid is completely cooked, transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
