Green curry is just as delicious as the more popular yellow curry. 

What makes green curry different from the yellow curry?

Yellow curry is the mildest curry and uses more turmeric in its paste while green curry uses green chilis.

Green curry, like this Thai version, still has all the warm delicious spices that we're familiar with but without the turmeric that's heavily present in yellow curries. For this beef curry, a Thai green curry paste-which you can find in the international section of your local supermarket-is mixed into sweet coconut milk. This incredibly tasty sauce is simmered, creating a fantastic stew of tender beef chunks, green beans, and eggplants.
