Three-Cheese Baked Tomatoes Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes sliced into 1/4 inch-thick rounds
  • Salt to taste
  • 80 Grams cheddar cheese
  • 50 Grams parmesan cheese grated
  • 80 Grams fontina cheese
  • basil leaves strips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice salad tomatoes into 1/4-inch-thick rounds; arrange on a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and Havarti or fontina cheese among tomato slices. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with basil strips. Serve immediately.
