Three-Cheese Prawns Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Combine garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar in a bowl. Set aside.

Season prawns with salt and pepper. Top prawns with the cheese mixture.

Arrange prawns on the prepared baking dish, cheese side up. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until prawns are cooked and cheese is golden.

Garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
