Tinapa and Tocino Fried Rice Ingredients

  • 1 whole tinapang bangus flaked
  • 1/4 Cup white onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 4 cups white rice cooked
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
  • 3 tablespoons green onion chopped
  • 150 Grams tocino cooked and sliced
  • 2 Salted Egg (itlog na maalat) peeled and quartered
  • Mango Relish to serve


  • Combine rice and ¼ cup oil in a bowl; mix until rice is well coated. Set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add tinapa flakes, rice, and green onions. Toss to mix well.
  • Transfer rice to a serving platter. Top with cooked tocino, salted egg, and mango relish.
