Ingredients
  

Tinapa Risotto Ingredients

  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Cream Of Chicken Soup Powder dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 Cup frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 1/4 Cup tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
  • 3 cups day-old rice

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, heat about 2 tablespoons oil. Sauté onions until translucent. Add soup to the pan and stir until heated through and thickened into sauce. 
  • Add mixed vegetables, tinapa flakes, and rice. Stir to coat thoroughly. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
