Tofu And Pork In Oyster Sauce Recipe

Heat oil on a saute pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the tofu slices in batches for about 3 to 5 minutes per side or until brown in color. Drain on paper towels, set aside.

In the same pan, add more oil then sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the ground pork and cook until slightly browned.

Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Let simmer for another 5 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place fried tofu slices on a plate then top with the minced pork. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
