Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce Recipe

Tofu and peanuts is a delicious combo.

Commonly meat that’s been skewered and grilled, this meatless option is a great idea! Tofu is just as meaty as other meats. All you need is to treat it just like other satay recipes. Plus, there’s a great homemade peanut sauce seasoned with soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger.
