Tomato Garlic Prawns Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo Prawns (Sugpo)
- 1 Table Spoon Oil
- 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
- 1 Pack tomato garlic prawns sauce mix
Instructions
- Wash the prawns, and cut off the feelers (antennae) with kitchen shears. Place them in a large strainer to drain off water. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic until it's golden brown.
- Add prawns, and pan-fry on medium-high heat until they turn orange in color, which should take about 5 minutes. Turn the heat to medium low. Add the tomato garlic prawns sauce; stir.Cook for about 3 minutes more, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
