Tomato Sauce Dip with Kesong Puti Recipe

Preheat oven to 425?F.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add black olives and Italian seasoning and saute until aromatic. Pour in tomatoes and cook until heated through. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, and sprinkle in sugar.

Spoon into four ramekins, placing a kesong puti in the middle before topping with chunky tomato sauce. Bake until sauce bubbles over. Serve hot with toasted bread.
