Truffle Mashed Potatoes Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 tablespoon truffle paste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons white truffle oil
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash potatoes and mix in heavy cream, butter, and truffle paste.
  • Add white truffle oil and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
