Ingredients
  

Vanilla-Laced Fruit Compote

  • 1 Cup pineapple
  • 1 Cup melon cubed
  • 1 Cup orange peeled and sliced
  • 1 can lychee
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix together pineapple, melon, and oranges. Pour lychees on top. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
  •  Remove from heat and add vanilla extract to the syrup. Pour the hot syrup over the fruit and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
