Ingredients
Veggie Sushi Ingredients
- 4 slices sliced bread
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 carrot sliced into thin strips
- 1 Cucumber sliced into thin strips
Instructions
- Remove crusts from bread slices. Spread cream cheese on one side. Â
- Place carrot and cucumber sticks in the middle of each slice. Carefully roll each slice to make a log. Wrap with cling wrap and twist ends to secure. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Remove cling wrap. Slice rolls into desired size.
