Ingredients
  

Veggie Sushi Ingredients

  • 4 slices sliced bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 carrot sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Cucumber sliced into thin strips

Instructions
 

  • Remove crusts from bread slices. Spread cream cheese on one side.
     
  • Place carrot and cucumber sticks in the middle of each slice. Carefully roll each slice to make a log. Wrap with cling wrap and twist ends to secure. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove cling wrap. Slice rolls into desired size.
