Vietnamese Pork Sandwich Ingredients

120 grams ground pork

1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon spring onion, minced

1/4 tablespoon sriracha

1/4 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

sriracha mayonnaise

coleslaw

lettuce

cilantro

jalapeño slices

How to Make Vietnamese Pork Sandwich

In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced fresh basil, garlic, spring onion, Sriracha, sugar, cornstarch, and salt and pepper to taste.

Form into 3 balls, place on a greased baking sheet, then bake in an oven preheated to 300°F for 30 minutes. Spread Sriracha mayo on your bread of choice, add meatballs, and top with coleslaw, lettuce, cilantro, and jalapeños.
