Ingredients
  

Vietnamese Pork Sandwich Ingredients

  • 120 Grams ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil minced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon spring onion minced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • coleslaw
  • Lettuce
  • cilantro
  • jalapeño slices

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced fresh basil, garlic, spring onion, Sriracha, sugar, cornstarch, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form into 3 balls, place on a greased baking sheet, then bake in an oven preheated to 300°F for 30 minutes. Spread Sriracha mayo on your bread of choice, add meatballs, and top with coleslaw, lettuce, cilantro, and jalapeños.
