White Chocolate Pecan Blondies Ingredients
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Butter melted
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 Cup Toasted Pecan
- 1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch pan. Set aside.
- Sift flour into a bowl. Make a well in the center. Set aside.
- Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to the sifted flour. Mix just until incorporated. Do not overmix.5 Fold in pecans and white chocolate. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
