White Wine Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 1 Cup white wine
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 Cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  • Mix together chopped garlic, olive oil, 1 cup white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, fresh parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes.
