Ingredients
  

Yogurt Chicken Kebab Cheese Melt

  • 500 Grams Chicken use fillets
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 red onion
  • 8 white bread
  • 4 Cheese sliced
  • potato chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Skewer chicken onto bamboo sticks, alternating with bell peppers and onions.
  • Heat a griller and cook skewers for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
  • Remove chicken and vegetables from skewers; chop into pieces.
  • Assemble the sandwiches: Place chicken, vegetables, and a slice of cheese on top of a slice of bread. Heat in a toaster oven until cheese melts. Cover with another slice of bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
