- 2 cups pineapple diced
- 1 Cup honeydew melon diced
- 1/2 Cup papaya diced
- 1 Cup apple diced
- 1/4 Cup grapes
- 1/2 Cup nata de coco (jelly made from coconut water) drained
- 1/4 Cup maraschino cherries drained
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving. Cherry tip: To prevent the red coloring of the maraschino cherries from bleeding, soak drained cherries in water three times or until the water runs clear.
