Add more heft to instant ramen and turn it into a comforting bowl of milky sopas.
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
200 grams carrot, diced
1 pack instant ramen
1/2 cup milk
200 grams chicken, shredded
100 grams cabbage, sliced
spring onions, (chopped, for garnish), Chopped, for garnish
Heat cooking oil in a pot. SautĂ© onion, garlic, and carrots until soft. Add water and ramen; prepare according to package directions but only use half the seasoning packet.Â
Once noodles are soft, add milk,Â Â chicken, and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and garnish with spring onions.
