Add more heft to instant ramen and turn it into a comforting bowl of milky sopas.
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
200 grams carrot, diced
1 pack instant ramen
1/2 cup milk
200 grams chicken, shredded
100 grams cabbage, sliced
spring onions, (chopped, for garnish), Chopped, for garnish
Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots until soft. Add water and ramen; prepare according to package directions but only use half the seasoning packet.
Once noodles are soft, add milk, chicken, and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and garnish with spring onions.
