Lemon Basil Shrimp Zucchini Noodles Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 pieces Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 pieces zucchini spiralized
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 Cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- chili flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pour olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, 2 minutes on each side. Halfway through cooking the shrimp, add garlic.
- Once the shrimp is cooked through, add spiralized zucchini and lemon juice into the pan.
- Add basil leaves and chilli flakes and toss until combined.
