Ingredients
  

Lemon Basil Shrimp Zucchini Noodles Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 pieces Shrimp
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 pieces zucchini spiralized
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 Cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • chili flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, 2 minutes on each side. Halfway through cooking the shrimp, add garlic.
  • Once the shrimp is cooked through, add spiralized zucchini and lemon juice into the pan.
  • Add basil leaves and chilli flakes and toss until combined.
