beef tenderloin
cut into strips

All-purpose cream

Worcestershire sauce

button mushrooms
pieces and stems, drained

sweet corn kernels
drained

green peas

to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Sear beef in a large pan. Add garlic. Toss together for 30 seconds.
Add evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
Add mushrooms, sweet corn kernels, and peas. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
