Ingredients
  

Japanese Meatball Teriyaki Bento

  • rice
  • zucchini (zucchini dipped in seasoned egg wash then fried)
  • Cheese
  • Nori (dried seaweed)
  • meatballs
  • okra

Instructions
 

  • Place rice on 2/3 of a bento box. Place a baran or a divider to separate the rice from the curry.
  • Take 3-4 slices of cooked fried egg zucchini and cut out a thin wedge to form the mouth. Add nori and cheese to make the face details. Lay on top of rice.
  • Place the meatballs or any other viand in a silicon cup and place it on one side of the container. Fill the box with steamed okra slices.
