Ingredients
  

Shrimp with Couscous

  • 8 Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic in oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 Cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Cup canned chicken broth
  • a pinch of paprika
  • a pinch of oregano leaves
  • 1 Cup couscous

Instructions
 

  • Rub salt and pepper on shrimps.
  • Saute garlic in oil until fragrant then add onion and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add chicken broth and season with paprika and oregano. When mixture boils, add shrimps and cook until pink.
  • Remove from heat and add couscous. Cover pan and leave for 10 minutes until couscous absorbs the liquid. Fluff with a fork and serve at once.
