According to Huffington Post, the latest coffee trend will have you putting butter in your coffee cup. Sound weird? Dave Asprey, the creator of Bulletproof Coffee and this creamy concoction says this drink “provides all of the energizing benefits of a cup of coffee, without the four o’clock slump.”

“The butter’s high-fat content will slow the time it takes for your body to metabolize the coffee’s caffeine.”
