Singkamas Salad

  • 1 Cup jicama (singkamas) cut into fine strips
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (wansoy) (leaves), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • dash of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingreients and mix well. Fruity tip: You can also make this simple salad using green mango or papaya. It’s just as yummy!
