Singkamas Salad
- 1 Cup jicama (singkamas) cut into fine strips
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (wansoy) (leaves), chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- dash of Salt

- Combine all ingreients and mix well. Fruity tip: You can also make this simple salad using green mango or papaya. It’s just as yummy!
