Adobong Kangkong with Chicharon Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 bunches kangkong
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup water
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup chicharon crushed
Instructions
- In a medium-sized pan, preheat oil and saute garlic in oil until golden brown.
- Add the kangkong, vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with crushed chicharon on top.
