Ingredients
Chicken Pakam Ingredients
- 1 Small red onion choppped
- 5 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger chopped
- 4 pieces tomatoes chopped
- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
- 1/2 Cup water
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions
- Saute onions, garlic, and ginger in oil until onions are translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add the chicken. Mix with the aromatics until chicken has browned a bit.
- Add the vinegar and fish sauce. Add water, lower the heat, and cook, covered, for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with hot rice.
