Ingredients
Korean Bulgogi Marinade
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons mirin (japanese sweet rice wine)
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Korean pear grated
- 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- chili powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
