Ingredients
  

Korean Bulgogi Marinade

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mirin (japanese sweet rice wine)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Korean pear grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
