Roasted Green Beans and Shallots Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup shallots (sibuyas Tagalog) sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 200 Grams long beans (sitaw) washed and trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place shallots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 400°F preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until shallots are caramelized.
- Add green beans to baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until beans are slightly wilted.
