Ingredients
  

Seafood Bottarga Pasta Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic sliced
  • 1/4 Cup onion minced
  • 12 pieces Prawns (Sugpo) peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Roe In Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Trifolata Pasta cooked according to package directions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Bottarga Powder
  • parsley sprigs thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until garlic turns light brown.
  • Add prawns and cook until they change color. Add local bottarga and continue to sauté.
  • Toss in cooked pasta; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate, top with bottarga powder, and garnish with parsley.
