Seafood Bottarga Pasta Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Garlic sliced
- 1/4 Cup onion minced
- 12 pieces Prawns (Sugpo) peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Fish Roe In Olive Oil
- 3 cups Trifolata Pasta cooked according to package directions
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Bottarga Powder
- parsley sprigs thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until garlic turns light brown.
- Add prawns and cook until they change color. Add local bottarga and continue to sauté.
- Toss in cooked pasta; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate, top with bottarga powder, and garnish with parsley.
