When it comes to kakanin, one can never go wrong with puto topped with cheese. A brilliant idea by We Love Puto combined the puto with banana bread and came out with a unique Banana Cheese Puto (P230/dozen).

We Love Puto added a twist to the puto by adding sweet bananas in the puto batter and topped each puto with a strip of sweet, salty cheese. The Banana Cheese Puto will pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, or you can even experiment with it and use the Banana Cheese Puto to soak up the sauce of your favorite savory ulam.
