Dinuguan and Lechon Paksiw are two of Rico’s Lechon’s famous lechon dishes in their restaurant, besides the actual lechon of course. The Dinuguan is made with stewed pork meat made with Rico’s Lechon simmered in a rich spicy dark gravy made of pig’s blood, garlic, chili, and vinegar, while the Lechon Paksiw is made with chopped Rico’s Lechon simmered in vinegar and garlic.

According to Rico’s Lechon post, these will only be available in Metro Manila-based 7-Eleven stores. The Dinuguan rice meal costs P95 while the Lechon Paksiw costs P99.
