We may not have the gorgeous autumn colors you can find in other countries, but the rainy season is just as nippy and as good enough of a reason to look forward to special lattes, cold brew, and Frappuccinos from Starbucks.
If you are not familiar with the Irish cream, it’s a type of cream liqueur made with Irish whiskey, cream, and other flavorings. Starbucks is releasing two beverages with delicious Irish Cream. The Irish Cream Coffee Jelly Frappuccino is made with Starbucks’ signature Coffee Jelly Frappuccino and Irish Cream, topped with espresso-whipped cream, and dusted with ground espresso powder. The Irish Cream Cold Brew, on the other hand, is made with a custom blend of Starbucks Cold Brew Coffee and topped with Irish Cream.
Starbucks is also bringing back the Asian Dolce Latte (P165/tall; P180/grande; P195/venti), a classic Starbucks latte with notes inspired from the east. This beverage will keep you awake with the shots of premium espresso, but what gives this concoction that “Asian” twist is that it uses a specially-developed sweet dolce sauce that blends with creamy steamed milk. The drink is topped with Turkish coffee grounds.
Starbucks’ Asian Dolce Latte, Irish Cream Cold Brew, and Irish Cream Coffee Jelly Frappuccino are available starting September 10, 2019 for a limited time only.
