Ingredients
  

S'mores Pudding Ingredients

  • 300 Grams graham crackers crushed
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 250 ml pack All-purpose cream
  • Marshmallows for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine crushed graham crackers with honey. Divide mixture among 10 small heatproof jars. Set aside.
  • In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat, whisk together brown sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, milk, and all-purpose cream. Cook until pudding thickens. Pour into prepared jars and chill overnight.
  • To serve, bring jars to room temperature. Top with large marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows puff up and tops turn brown, about 3 minutes. Let cool before serving.
