Ingredients
S'mores Pudding Ingredients
- 300 Grams graham crackers crushed
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 250 ml pack All-purpose cream
- Marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers with honey. Divide mixture among 10 small heatproof jars. Set aside.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat, whisk together brown sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, milk, and all-purpose cream. Cook until pudding thickens. Pour into prepared jars and chill overnight.
- To serve, bring jars to room temperature. Top with large marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows puff up and tops turn brown, about 3 minutes. Let cool before serving.
