Soy-Calamansi Tuna Belly Ingredients
- 500 Grams tuna belly
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 pieces red tomatoes chopped
- green onions sliced
- lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate tuna belly in soy sauce and calamansi juice for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a hot pan or grill place the tuna belly skin side down and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the tuna belly on the other side and cook for another 5 minutes. Make sure not to over cook the tuna belly.
- Serve with chopped tomatoes and green onions. Garnish with lemon slices on the side (optional).
