Ingredients
  

Tomato Crostinis Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes seeds removed, diced small
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 Table Spoon parsley sprigs chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • lettuce leaves to serve
  • parmesan cheese grated, to serve
  • crostini to serve

Instructions
 

  • Mix tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil, parsley, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Meanwhile, tear lettuce leaves to fit crostinis. Chill until ready to serve.
  • To serve, place a lettuce leaf on a crostini, top with tomatoes and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Place on serving platters. Serve immediately.
