This Mango Cashew Cake Is Only Available Until The End Of June

The season of mangoes might be over but there will always be mango desserts all year round! If you want to try a new mango cake, Bellefleur by Beatrix has launched a limited edition Father’s Day-special cake called the Mango Cashew Cake.

This gorgeous cake is made with nine alternating layers of soft cashew cake, bits of fresh local mangoes, and vanilla buttercream. According to the owner of Bellefleur, Bea Atienza, she sources the mangoes locally from Davao and Cebu because the Philippines has the best mangoes!
