The anatomy of Maycee's Egg Drop Sandwich's SPAMCIT (P140) uses the thick slices of brioche and then stuffs it with sweet and spicy-flavored pancit canton, scrambled eggs, slices of SPAM, and their secret special sauce. It's like breakfast and merienda stuffed in one sandwich!Â
Not feeling it? Maycee's Egg Drop Sandwich also offers the usual egg drop sandwich flavors like BLT (P135) and Ham & Cheese (P130), but they also have other unusual flavors like Breakfast Steak (P155) which has sirloin steak, Burger Bomb (P155) which highlights their homemade patty, and the Chicken Katsu (P165) which has fried chicken katsu and is, in fact, the most expensive egg drop sandwich on the menu.
