Did You Know Conti’s Has This Strawberry Cake On The Menu?

When we think of the fluffy chiffon cake and mellow sweetness of strawberry shortcake, a popular Baguio cafe comes to mind. Good news for fans of this strawberry dessert, you don’t really have to cross cities to get a delicious slice of this cake. Just in case you didn’t know: Conti’s Bakeshop & Restaurant offers strawberry shortcakes, too!

Conti’s Strawberry Shortcake is made with a honey sponge cake with layers of strawberries and vanilla cream in the middle. The outer layer is frosted with more cream while the top is crowned with sweet strawberries and a glistening strawberry glaze.

Conti’s previously released a heart-shaped version of this cake during Valentine’s Day for the past years. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled when they release it on Valentine’sDay next year. Your S.O. will surely appreciate this!
