Our revenge travel plans might have to wait another year, but on the bright side, this means we’ll have more time to add must-visit spots to our future itineraries. And if one of your dream destinations is Jeju Island in South Korea, doing a café crawl should definitely be on your to-do list. A fair warning, though: Choosing exactly which ones to visit might be a challenge! In case you need to narrow down your options, make sure to include the Innisfree Jeju House.
The café first opened its doors in 2013, initially serving as a flagship store for K-beauty brand Innisfree. However, it looks like the brand decided to give the space a full makeover to be a full-on coffee and dessert shop. They announced its reopening on Instagram in mid-March, revealing the brand new interior that instantly took our breath away.
Staying true to Innisfree’s serene, nature-driven aesthetic, the café is dominantly covered in lush greenery from the ceilings down to the tables. It has such a cozy feel to it, too, thanks to all the wooden and rattan accents that make it feel like home.
Though the interiors have changed quite a bit, the glass house-like structure still provides the most stunning view of its neighboring green tea fields. ICYDK, this is also the same garden where Innisfree sources the organic green tea that goes into their best-selling serum!
