This impossibly fluffy pastry boasts a soft, airy doughnut base that’s bursting with melted cheese inside and finished off with a crumbly sugar coating. What you get is a satisying mix of salty and sweet flavors with a pillowy texture and just a touch of crunch thanks to the sugar. Lola Nena’s recommends heating these doughnuts in the oven for a few minutes to get it crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
